Order Processing Information

TRC Kollection At TRC Kollection, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible while ensuring every item meets our quality standards.

Order Processing Time : All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Order processing includes verifying payment, preparing items, packaging, and preparing the shipment for the carrier.  Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will begin processing the next business day. 

Shipping Time Shipping time begins after your order has been processed. Estimated delivery times: • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volume. 

Order Confirmation Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Local Pickup TRC Kollection offers local pickup for customers in the Montgomery area. Customers selecting local pickup will receive an email once their order is ready for pickup with pickup instructions.

High Volume Periods During product launches, holidays, or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and support.

Order Changes or Cancellations:  If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

 Incorrect Address : Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. TRC Kollection is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.
